Our Story
Eagle Consulting Services LLC was founded in 2012 in the Bronx, New York, by Dr. Samuel N.O. Echezona — a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician who saw an opportunity to bring clinical discipline and operational rigor to government service delivery.
What started as a consulting practice has grown into an integrated service platform spanning healthcare staffing, facility operations, commercial laundry, food service, and workforce solutions. Unlike traditional staffing firms, Eagle is backed by real operating businesses — two laundromat facilities, a restaurant, and a property management operation — all in the communities we serve.
Today, Eagle is SAM.gov registered and positioned to serve federal, state, and city agencies across New York and beyond. We bring a rare combination of clinical authority, operational proof, and community roots to every engagement.
Dr. Samuel N.O. Echezona
Founder & Principal
Dr. Echezona is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over a decade of clinical and operational leadership. He has served as a State Trooper Surgeon and practiced emergency medicine across multiple health systems.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Echezona is a multi-business operator — building and running commercial laundry facilities, a restaurant (iNine Bistro), a short-term rental portfolio, and Safe Vision Family Programs, a youth and family safety initiative where he serves as co-founder and Chief Medical Officer.
This combination of clinical credibility and frontline business operations is what makes Eagle different. When we staff a clinic, we understand the medicine. When we clean a facility, we operate at scale. When we deploy a team, we manage it like the business owners we are.
